M C P Property Services Ltd formerly M C Plumbing started as a family run business in 1978 providing heating and plumbing services to the local community of Hertford, Ware and the surrounding towns and villages of Hertfordshire. 

Over the last five years M C P have transformed to encompass all the services and skills associated with property refurbishment and maintenance including Home, Kitchen and Bathroom Extensions and everything linked to those particular types of projects including the laying of footings, brickwork, plastering, roofing, flooring, tiling, carpentry, painting, decorating, carpet laying, ground maintenance, landscaping and many other skills connected therein. 

Plumbing and Heating Installation, Replacement and Maintenance, Electric Fitting and Rewiring and all the skills and services coupled with Kitchen and Bathroom Installations, Replacement and Refurbishment are still MCP's core business however, they have also built and established major credibility in the Special Needs, Aids and Adaptations marketplace and have redesigned and refitted many properties, kitchens and bathrooms for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and RSL's to suit each customers needs.

M C P has also built a substantial reputation for tendering, quoting and delivering on time and within budget, and more often than not, above and beyond what would normally be expected from a similar sized or type of business. This reputation has been developed through the organizations core belief that “Once a Customer, a Customer for Life” which is endorsed and reiterated from the Managing Director down to every skilled individual that works for M C P, and moreover we can react efficiently and effectively to any domestic or commercial situation 24:7.

The Company, now firmly based with prestigious offices, showroom and excellent store facilities just outside of Ware, Hertfordshire, covers the majority of the South Anglia area Postcodes including STEVENAGE, ST ALBANS, CHELMSFORD, ENFIELD, LUTON and WATFORD and is ideally situated on the A10, exactly half between the A1 and M11. MCP now employ over 65 staff with a wealth of experience, professional skills, personality traits and geographic knowledge that firmly establishes them in a quite enviable position against their closest competitors.

The Company also has the belief and experience that Sub-Contracting work to others adds substantially to the overall cost of any work undertaken and can, on many occasions, lead to substantial and additional workloads being placed on their full time staff, which doesn’t do the Company’s credibility any favors. As a consequence MCP always attempt to maintain everything in-house, wherever possible, or keep the use of sub-contractors down to an absolute minimum. This in turn achieves a more superior and cost effective service to both customers and clients alike.
