This important change reflects our long term commitment to the social housing sector over the last 40 years, and our vision to be the leading community housing service specialist for your region. We are committed to sustaining our high levels of service through reliability, quality and value, believing that we should always provide the same quality of workmanship to a resident’s home as we would our own.
MCP has a 50-50 service ethos whereby we care for resident’s homes and the community equally. We want all residents to feel safe in their homes which is why we routinely carry out safety checks of door locks and fire alarms and offer the option of female technicians. The changes to our brand will help residents to identify MCP as their local, trusted service team.
In addition to the visual brand changes, we will be strengthening the foundations of MCP by reviewing and developing all of the processes which have made MCP so successful in the past, to ensure that we achieve our goals of providing the best responsive, capital, planned and cyclical works and remain reliable, recognised friends of the community.
